What isn't the monthly fee
You charge for the install, and it's yours in full.
What you charge the business to set the system up, leave it running and train its people, we don't touch: the commission is only on the monthly fee. Our Partners charge between $850 and $1,150, and that's what pays for your first months while the recurring revenue starts to add up.
It's also what no competitor on the internet can offer that business: nobody else is going to walk into their shop and leave it working.

What everyone asks.
›What if I don't land a single business?
You can leave whenever you want and you won't owe a thing: it's billed month to month, with no lock-in, no inventory to buy and no sales minimum. You message us, it ends at the close of the month you already paid for, and we don't charge for a month you won't use. That's why the Arranque plan exists: to test the model, not to commit you.
›Do I need to know tech?
No. Setting up a business is answering four things on one screen; for a restaurant you take a photo of their paper menu and the whole thing captures itself. What you do need is to know how to knock on doors and sit down with an owner: that's the part we don't do for you.
›Are you going to sell directly to the businesses in my city?
No. When a business writes to us asking for information we don't sign them up or charge them: we pass them to a Partner in their city. Competing with the very Partner we give the software to would break the business we're building.
›Who does the business pay, you or me?
You. You connect your own Stripe account and the money lands there directly; our commission comes off each charge on its own. We never move your clients' money through our account, and we never have to deposit anything to you.
›Who takes care of the business when something breaks?
You're their face: their screens carry your brand and the help button writes to you, not to us. What happens behind it —that the system stays up, the updates, the billing— is ours, and when something breaks it's logged on our side so we can fix it without the business having to explain it to you twice.
›Can I start on Arranque and move up to Propio?
Yes, from your panel and whenever you want. Your businesses stay where they are; what changes is that they stop seeing the BOOSTR brand and you start setting the price for each one.
›What if one of my businesses cancels?
You stop charging them that monthly fee and that's it. There's no penalty and you owe nothing; your plan still costs the same and that slot opens up for the next one.
›What happens if I stop paying for my plan?
Your panel is suspended and you can't set up new businesses. We don't delete anything you already installed: the moment you're current again it's all still there.
For your first meeting
What they're going to ask you
Nine questions that come up almost every time, with what's worth answering. The answers are true even where they don't favor us — promising something that doesn't exist gets found out during the install, in front of the customer.
›Does it connect with DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub?
No, and they're two different channels that don't compete. DoorDash brings its own tablet and its own menu. This is for the people already sitting in your dining room: so they order without waiting for a server and the order lands in the kitchen on its own. In fact the DoorDash menu is almost always out of date, because changing it is a whole process — here you change it from your phone in ten seconds.
›I have several locations, does it work?
Yes. Each location keeps its own menu, its own kitchen and its own panel, because every location runs differently and one kitchen has no business seeing the other one's orders. What there isn't yet is a master menu that changes them all at once, or a report that adds them up: today that's done location by location.
›Does my customer have to download an app?
No. They scan the code on their table and the menu opens in their browser, like any web page. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, not even an email.
›Do I need internet?
Yes, in the shop. If the internet goes down, customers can't open the menu and the kitchen stops getting new orders — you keep working on a notepad, like before, and nothing already taken is lost. It's worth saying before you install, not after.
›Will my servers know how to use it?
They get their own screen and sign in with a four-digit PIN. There they see their tables, take orders just like on paper, and close out checks. It's learned over one lunch: anyone who has used WhatsApp can handle this.
›Is this going to replace my servers?
No, it takes away the part that's worth nothing. The server stops walking to the kitchen to read out an order and coming back because the handwriting wasn't clear, and keeps the part that actually sells: greeting, recommending and closing the check. One server covers more tables, not fewer.
›Can I take card payments?
Yes, and the money lands straight in the restaurant's account, not in ours and not in the Partner's. They connect their Stripe once and that's it. If they only take cash, they skip that step and everything else works the same.
›How long does it take to be ready?
You take a photo of the paper menu and the whole thing captures itself: names, descriptions and prices. What takes three hours by hand takes seconds here. What does take time is checking it over, putting photos on the dishes and printing the QR codes.
›What if I want to leave?
They leave whenever they want and take their menu with them: there's a button to export it. Nothing is held hostage.
