Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

BOOSTR (“BOOSTR”, “we”) operates the site boostr.mx, where we sell NFC cards and stickers and quote smart materials in partnership with FILMBASE. By using this site or buying any of our products, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Products and prices

• NFC cards (Google Reviews, Follow us on social) and NFC WiFi stickers are sold at a fixed price, shown on the site in Mexican pesos (MXN).
• Smart Film and LED Film are quoted per project — their price is not shown on the site and is agreed with you directly before any payment.
• Prices may change without notice, and changes do not apply retroactively to orders already paid for.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. BOOSTR does not store your card details. An order is considered confirmed only once Stripe approves the payment.

4. Shipping

• Shipping to addresses within Mexico is free.
• Shipping to addresses outside Mexico carries an additional cost, shown before you pay.
• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary for reasons outside BOOSTR's control (couriers, customs, and so on).

5. Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, for choosing the wrong product, or once shipping has begun. Because these products are in many cases configured or personalized for your business, all sales are final.

The one exception is a proven manufacturing defect: if your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, write to us at info@boostr.mx within 7 days of delivery and we'll look at replacing the product.

6. Accounts and BOOSTR Partners

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account.
• Access to BOOSTR Partners turns on automatically when you buy a pack of 15 cards or equivalent pieces or more (Mix and Match included), using the same email you create your account with.
• The Monthly Pot and the Partners program rewards depend on the sales you report and BOOSTR approves; we do not guarantee any amount or any frequency of reward, and BOOSTR may adjust the program's rules going forward.
• BOOSTR may suspend an account if it detects false information, fraudulent sales, or misuse of the program.

7. Use of the site

You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, or copy or redistribute its content without permission. BOOSTR's trademarks, logos and designs are the property of BOOSTR.

8. Limitation of liability

BOOSTR is not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties (couriers, payment processors, suppliers), nor for the use a business makes of its NFC card or sticker. Our liability is in every case limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top of this page shows the last update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
